Our waste plastic to oil machines for sale have high working efficiency. For example, a fully continuous waste plastic pyrolysis plant can run 24 hours constantly with the auto screw feeder and there is no need to cool down the reactor before the second batch. And the largest capacity of it can be to 30 Ton per day.

Multiple Raw Materials: waste plastic, including PE, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, ABS plastic and Pure white plastic sheeting (PET and PVC are excluded); waste tyres; waste rubber; medical waste; oil sludge; other municipal solid waste. End Products: fuel oil which can be turned into qualified diesel by a waste oil distillation plant; carbon black which can be refined to much finer carbon black by a carbon black processing machine; steel wires which can be sold directly to steel factories; combustible gas which can be used to heat the reactor.

The customers have many options to deal with the end products. They can sell the fuel oil, carbon black and steel wire directly or reprocess them into diesel, finer carbon black and steel bloom respectively to sell by a higher price.

Features of the Plastic to Oil Machine for Sale

1. Well-designed and Original

There are refractory materials outside of the pyrolysis reactor to protect the reactor against burin-in and make sure there is less heat loss.

The new and original heating structure can combine the advantage of open fire heating and wind-type heating together and improve the heating efficiency, so as to reduce fuel cost for the customers.

How to Convert Plastic to Oil

1. Put the waste plastic into the pyrolysis reactor automatically by the screw feeder (You need manpower to do this if you choose a small plastic recycling to oil machine). With the heating to the reactor and the temperature rising to 160℃, the process of pyrolysis starts and then oil gas will be generated successively and go to the manifold.

2. Heavy parts of the oil gas will be liquefied into heavy oil and then go to the heavy oil tank; light oil gas which rises up will be cooled down in the tube condenser and liquefied into oil and then go to the oil tank. That is the initial fuel oil pyrolyzed from waste plastic.

3. There will be combustible gas generated during the process of heating. We use the latest recycling system to collect the gas, remove sulfur from it, cleans it and use it to heat the reactor.

4. Finally, the waste smoke will be cooled down. After going through the de-dusting system, the process of washing, water spray, and ceramic ring adsorption, it will be discharged safely and without any harm to our atmosphere.
